Nature and fitness unite! My partner and I love to hike and push ourselves to the max. We go every weekend and thought there might be some interested folks out there who might want to join us. We like intense, fast paced hikes - either one big hike or loops of smaller hikes usually averaging about 8-20km and although we prefer elevation gain we also do coastal hikes. As our elevation is somewhat limited around Victoria, we occasionally travel up island for day trips and plan to do some overnight …

Cuddle Party is a fun, playful workshop about connection and communication that allows for consensual non-sexual touch (think spooning, foot or hand massage, sharing hugs or snuggling). It is a great venue to practise asking for what you want, to touch and be touched, and to meet other cuddle-minded people. Some cuddlers come to practise saying ‘no’ while others watch or journal. There are no cuddle expectations other than a curious nature and a willingness to explore touch. Curious? There's mor …
